Our carrier provides a convenient delivery window between 7.30am and 10pm, ensuring that you have plenty of time to receive your parcel. Please keep in mind that in some cases, a signature may be required.

If you are unavailable during delivery, our carrier will attempt delivery to your neighbours or find a suitable location to leave your package. If necessary, a calling card will be left with instructions on rescheduling delivery.

Please be aware that international deliveries may take up to 10 working days or longer.

Delivery to the United Kingdom

UK deliveries to certain Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands postcodes can take up to eight working days. These postcodes are affected: GY9–10, HS1–HS9, KW15–KW17, PA41–61, TR21–25, ZE1–ZE3, ZE–ALL.

Delivery charges may vary depending on your delivery location; this will be confirmed at checkout. After you have selected your delivery option, you will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout. 

Delivery to the United States Of America

Whether you need your order urgently or are happy to wait a little longer for a more affordable option, we have you covered. We are pleased to offer delivery to the US through FedEx and DHL.

Delivery to Europe and Rest of the World

We offer international delivery to 197 countries, with standard and tracked express options available. Regardless of the size and weight of your order, international delivery is charged at a flat rate.

Who will handle your parcel?
We entrust the delivery of your package to reputable shipping companies such as DPD, DHL, Skynet, or DPEX, depending on the weight and value. Once the parcel reaches your country, it will be handed over to the local postal service for standard delivery procedures.

How long will it take?
You can expect your delivery to arrive within 4 to 10 working days after it has been dispatched. The delivery driver may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, a card will be left with instructions on picking it up.

Can I track my delivery?
Tracking is available for selected Standard deliveries as well as all Tracked Express deliveries. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and view the tracking information in your order history.

Will there be any additional charges?
We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Depending on local legislation, additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply. Customers outside the European Union may need to pay import duty or formal customs entry, which can potentially cause delivery delays. Unfortunately, we cannot assist in these processes.

To avoid paying customs duties for deliveries outside the EU, we recommend checking the customs duty threshold of the destination country before placing your order and ensuring that your total basket value remains below that threshold.
